Job Duties

  • Establish workshop technical systems ensuring compliance with RDW, GDPR, and EU automotive regulations.

Job Requirements

  • MBO-4 Automotive Technology diploma or equivalent European-recognized automotive qualification credentials.
  • RDW-recognized advanced automotive technical certification with APK certification strongly preferred additionally.
  • Minimum five years of automotive maintenance experience alongside two years of technical management experience.
  • Previous commercial bus or coach maintenance experience within professional automotive workshop environments.
  • Familiarity with RDW regulations, hazardous waste management, and Dutch workshop operational standards.
  • Strong proficiency in using diagnostic systems, heavy-duty workshop equipment, and calibration procedures regularly.
  • Dutch and English communication abilities at the B1 level or higher professionally.
  • Eligibility for a Dutch highly skilled migrant visa or valid European work authorization documentation.
