Job Duties

  • Lead the development and validation of innovative proteomics workflows using advanced mass spectrometry technologies.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mass spectrometry systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Apply advanced acquisition techniques, including DIA and PRM, to support high-quality proteomic analysis.
  • Collaborate with research teams to design experiments and deliver accurate, reproducible scientific outcomes.
  • Analyze complex proteomics data using platforms such as Skyline, FragPipe, and Proteome Discoverer.
  • Prepare biological samples, including cell culture-derived materials, for differential protein expression studies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience with Orbitrap mass spectrometry systems and advanced proteomics workflows.
  • Strong understanding of proteomics techniques, including DIA and PRM acquisition methods.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Skyline, FragPipe, and Proteome Discoverer.
  • Practical knowledge of cell culture methods and sample preparation for proteomics applications.
