Job Duties
- Lead the radio engineering team across design, development, and verification of wireless ICs.
- Oversee silicon development processes from concept design through tapeout and production readiness.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across engineering and product development stages.
- Manage chip bring-up, validation, and performance optimisation within laboratory environments.
- Guide debugging efforts to resolve functional and performance issues in complex chip designs.
- Define and lead chip qualification processes and product engineering strategies effectively.
- Analyse simulation and bench validation results to ensure alignment with system-level designs.
Job Requirements
- Possess over fifteen years of experience leading cross-functional engineering teams successfully.
- Demonstrate extensive experience within wireless communication and semiconductor design domains.
- Hold an MSc or PhD in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering disciplines.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of IEEE 802.11 and CMOS transistor operation principles.
- Show expertise in IC design tools such as Cadence or Synopsys workflows.
- Demonstrate experience taking wireless chips from concept through mass production stages.
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills within technical environments.
- Maintain familiarity with Linux environments, modelling tools, and simulation platforms like MATLAB.
