Job Duties

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
Partner with leadership teams to identify hiring needs and workforce planning requirements
Oversee employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies
Manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes for efficiency
Lead sourcing activities using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed

Job Requirements
