POSITION: Secretary

Your Mission: Support Leadership with Excellence

You will provide high level administrative support to the General Overseer, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring that office operations run seamlessly. Additionally, you will serve as a trusted point of contact, handling sensitive matters with discretion and care.

Key Responsibilities

Your role spans calendar management, communication, documentation, and administrative coordination. Here is what you will tackle:

Calendar & Schedule Management

  • You will manage the General Overseer’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
  • Prioritizing competing demands ensures that the most critical matters receive prompt attention.

Communication & Correspondence

  • You will handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Drafting letters, memos, and other documents on behalf of the General Overseer requires strong writing skills and attention to detail.

Documentation & Record Keeping

  • You will maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring that important documents remain accessible and secure.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials supports effective decision making.

Office Administration

  • You will coordinate office operations, managing supplies, equipment, and administrative processes that support the General Overseer’s work.
  • Liaising with other departments, staff, and external stakeholders keeps communication flowing smoothly.

Confidentiality & Discretion

  • You will handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, demonstrating trustworthiness and integrity at all times.
  • Serving as a trusted assistant, you will anticipate needs and address issues before they arise.
