Your instruction will transition students from foundational language skills toward critical analysis, equipping them to analyze French literature and film, debate complex social and political issues, and respond spontaneously in French. - Transitioning students toward critical analysis, you will teach them how to analyze French literature and film, and how to debate complex social and political issues with nuance and confidence.
- Improving student fluency and spontaneous response in French remains central to your instruction. You will create opportunities for authentic conversation and quick thinking.
Examination Preparation & Administration
- You will prepare and mark “mock” exams that mirror the structure of IGCSE and A Level papers, giving students authentic practice and valuable feedback.
- Conducting formal oral examinations requires you to act as the examiner, record sessions, and ensure all board mandated protocols are followed with precision and professionalism.
Student Progress & Support
- Monitoring student progress and identifying those who require extra help allows you to intervene early and provide targeted support.
- You will adapt your teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.
