Job Duties

Identify and engage Korean beauty vendors while evaluating product offerings and negotiating terms
Conduct market research to propose new brands, trends, and product opportunities
Analyze pricing, ingredients, and customer insights to support strategic decisions
Manage the full purchasing cycle, including product listing and vendor communication
Track orders and ensure timely delivery while resolving shipment issues efficiently
Maintain accurate databases for invoices, contracts, and order histories
Monitor inventory levels and support analysis of stock performance and turnover
Collaborate with design teams on packaging and promotional product initiatives
Participate in planning and executing projects such as curated beauty product launches

Job Requirements

Strong interest in Korean beauty trends, products, and global market dynamics
Fluency in both Korean and English for effective communication with vendors
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
Experience in purchasing, merchandising, or supply chain is advantageous
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
An analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different teams
Valid work authorization in the United States, including OPT eligibility
