Your Mission
You will serve as the backbone of our administrative operations. From answering customer inquiries to managing calendars and generating leads, your work will directly support our team’s ability to focus on core healthcare services. Your organizational skills will keep everyone on track, and your communication abilities will ensure clients always feel heard.
Key Responsibilities
Your role spans communication, scheduling, research, content creation, and administrative support. Here is what you will tackle:
Communication & Customer Support
- You will answer emails and phone calls from customers with professionalism and clarity. Your responses will reflect our commitment to excellent service.
- Making cold calls to generate leads from a provided spreadsheet expands our reach and creates new opportunities.
Scheduling & Travel Arrangements
- You will make travel arrangements for team members, ensuring smooth logistics for business trips.
- Scheduling appointments and organizing managers’ calendars keeps our leadership efficient and prepared.
Content Creation & Social Media
- You will create content to post on the company’s social media channels, helping us build our brand and engage with our audience.
Research & Data Management
- Conducting online research to find addresses and contact details for a given list of companies supports our outreach efforts.
- Creating and reviewing customer spreadsheets while keeping online records organized ensures data accuracy and accessibility.
- Conducting market research and reporting on results provides valuable insights for decision making.
Administrative & Presentation Support
- Preparing presentations according to given instructions allows our team to communicate ideas effectively.
- Helping employees with their administrative queries keeps day to day operations running smoothly.
What You Bring to the Role
We are looking for a candidate with the right educational background, technical skills, and personal attributes. Here is what you need:
Qualifications
- A Diploma or Degree provides your foundation.
Technical Skills
- Good practical experience with word processing software and spreadsheets, particularly MS Office. You know how to create documents, manage data, and present information clearly.
- Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling, particularly Google Calendar. You can coordinate multiple schedules without conflicts.
Communication & Organizational Skills
- Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills allow you to connect effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills help you juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
Location: This role is based in Accra. You have two options for applying and for working arrangements as determined by the organization.
