Job Duties

Work with observability tools such as Elasticsearch, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana to monitor systems effectively.
Build and automate infrastructure using Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD or similar tools.
Implement real-time monitoring systems using logs, metrics, and traces to improve system visibility consistently.
Develop alerting mechanisms based on service-level objectives to ensure proactive issue detection and resolution.
Collaborate with teams to influence architecture decisions and improve system performance and reliability.
Optimize system performance through log analysis, monitoring insights, and continuous improvement practices.
Support incident response processes and enhance operational efficiency across distributed systems environments.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field.
At least three years of experience with Elasticsearch or HashiCorp Vault, including configuration and performance tuning.
Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and CI/CD pipelines for automation tasks.
Familiarity with observability frameworks and tools for monitoring distributed systems effectively.
Knowledge of AI or machine learning applications in operations is considered an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in fast-paced technical environments.
Eligibility to work in the United States, noting that H-1B lottery participation is not supported by the employer.
