Job Duties

Develop and maintain software systems and databases supporting Chemputation and digital chemistry research projects.
Design algorithms and automation solutions for chemical experimentation and data-driven scientific workflows.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across artificial intelligence, robotics, and chemistry domains effectively.
Implement programming and scripting solutions using languages such as Python for research and development tasks.
Support integration of embedded systems, hardware, and software within automated laboratory environments.
Contribute to research publications, documentation, and dissemination of scientific findings consistently.
Assist in coordinating research activities and managing collaborative projects for senior-level appointments.

Job Requirements

PhD in Computing, Chemistry, or a related discipline with strong software development experience.
Proven expertise in programming, scripting, and algorithm development within research or industry environments.
Interest or experience in artificial intelligence, robotics, or chemical automation technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support interdisciplinary research challenges effectively.
