About the Role
The Data and Insights Manager role centers on collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into meaningful insights for decision-making. Job Duties
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights supporting strategic decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools for data visualization.
- Design and implement data processes that improve performance, efficiency, and organizational outcomes consistently.
- Automate workflows and integrate data systems to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data-driven recommendations effectively.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance standards are maintained across all systems and processes.
- Communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences across teams.
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience translating complex datasets into meaningful business insights.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar data analysis and visualization tools.
- Experience with data management, governance, and system integration within organizational environments.
- Ability to develop automation processes that improve efficiency and streamline data workflows consistently.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights clearly to diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams to solve problems and deliver solutions.
- Experience in higher education or similar sectors is preferred but not strictly required.
