About the Role

The Data and Insights Manager role centers on collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into meaningful insights for decision-making. This hybrid position is based in London, requiring a minimum of two onsite working days weekly.

Job Duties

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights supporting strategic decision-making processes.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools for data visualization.
Design and implement data processes that improve performance, efficiency, and organizational outcomes consistently.
Automate workflows and integrate data systems to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce manual effort.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data-driven recommendations effectively.
Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance standards are maintained across all systems and processes.
Communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences across teams.

Job Requirements

Strong analytical skills with proven experience translating complex datasets into meaningful business insights.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar data analysis and visualization tools.
Experience with data management, governance, and system integration within organizational environments.
Ability to develop automation processes that improve efficiency and streamline data workflows consistently.
Excellent communication skills for presenting insights clearly to diverse stakeholders effectively.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams to solve problems and deliver solutions.
Experience in higher education or similar sectors is preferred but not strictly required.
Eligibility to work in the UK, noting that this role does not offer visa sponsorship.
