POSITION: Medical Coordinator

Job Summary
This role focuses entirely on on site execution. You will provide excellent customer support while ensuring smooth medical processes for our clients and volunteers. Key Responsibilities
Your work will span medical coordination, logistical support, and relationship management. Here is what you will do:
International Patient Consultation
- You will provide medical consultation and coordination services to patients undergoing IVF or surrogacy. Your expertise will guide them through complex procedures with clarity and reassurance.
Medical Accompaniment
- You will accompany clients and gestational carriers to local fertility clinics and hospitals for prenatal checkups, embryo transfers, and delivery. Your presence ensures they never navigate these appointments alone.
Document Management
- You will collect, organize, and archive all medical reports and ultrasound scans.
- You will also manage legal documents and report progress to the management team promptly. Your attention to detail keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Logistical Support
- You will assist with client arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they touch down.
- Accommodation arrangements will fall under your care, giving clients peace of mind about their living situation.
- You will provide daily life support for volunteers during pregnancy, addressing their needs with patience and kindness.
Issue Resolution & Relationship Management
- You will handle minor issues that arise during hospital visits, resolving them quickly to minimize stress.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with medical partners will be key to your success.
What You Bring to the Team
We are looking for a registered nurse with the right blend of experience and soft skills. Here are our requirements:
- Background: A background in Nursing or Medicine is preferred. You understand medical terminology and clinical processes.
- Registered Nurse: You must hold current registration as a nurse. This is non negotiable.
- Experience: You have at least 2 years of work experience above. Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is a significant plus.
- Soft Skills: You are patient and detail oriented. You can work flexible hours when necessary because patient needs do not always follow a nine to five schedule.
- Adaptability: You are comfortable working and living in Ghana. You embrace the local culture and build connections easily.
The Rewards
We value the critical role you will play. Accordingly, we offer:
- Base Salary: 8,000 GHS base salary
- Commission: Additional commission on top of your base pay
