Job Duties

Manage and analyze data requests from international teams, presenting insights to leadership clearly and effectively.
Maintain and improve technology processes by implementing automation and optimizing data-driven workflows consistently.
Investigate and resolve user issues while collaborating with IT teams for testing and system support.
Create and update system documentation, reports, and user communications to ensure operational clarity.
Contribute to modernization projects and continuous improvement initiatives supporting global business operations.
Support cross-functional collaboration to enhance system efficiency and deliver scalable business solutions.
Monitor data integrity and ensure accurate reporting across systems and operational processes consistently.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, information systems, or data analytics.
At least one year of experience in an analyst or similar data-focused role is required.
Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Office tools, and VBA for data manipulation and reporting tasks.
Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
