Job Duties

Assist clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, bathing, and toileting, while maintaining dignity.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client wellbeing and reduce social isolation effectively.
Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation regularly.
Facilitate client attendance at appointments, social activities, and community engagement initiatives consistently.
Administer medication under appropriate training while monitoring client health conditions accurately.
Promote independence and wellbeing by supporting clients in daily routines and decision-making.
Maintain accurate records and report changes in client conditions promptly to supervisors or healthcare teams.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in a care role, preferably within domiciliary or home care environments.
Compassionate, patient, and caring nature with strong interpersonal and communication skills consistently.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a professional care team.
Valid UK driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle to travel to client homes.
A minimum of six months of work experience within the UK care sector required for eligibility.
