Job Duties

  • Assist clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, bathing, and toileting, while maintaining dignity.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client wellbeing and reduce social isolation effectively.
  • Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation regularly.
  • Facilitate client attendance at appointments, social activities, and community engagement initiatives consistently.
  • Administer medication under appropriate training while monitoring client health conditions accurately.
  • Promote independence and wellbeing by supporting clients in daily routines and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records and report changes in client conditions promptly to supervisors or healthcare teams.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care role, preferably within domiciliary or home care environments.
  • Compassionate, patient, and caring nature with strong interpersonal and communication skills consistently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a professional care team.
  • Valid UK driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle to travel to client homes.
  • A minimum of six months of work experience within the UK care sector required for eligibility.
