Job Duties

Support the Food and Beverage Director and Manager in supervising daily restaurant activities
Maintain consistent floor presence to ensure efficient and professional service delivery

Maintain strong knowledge of restaurant menu items and food and beverage pairings
Monitor product quality control and ensure operational procedures are followed daily
Maintain proper inventory levels for food, beverages, and restaurant supplies

Assist staff with service tasks such as delivering food, clearing tables, and resetting dining areas
