POSITION: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

You will serve as the face of Edric Engineering to potential clients. You will build connections, understand customer needs, and present solutions that truly help. Your persuasive skills will turn leads into loyal customers.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying Potential Clients: You will actively seek out new business opportunities. You will research markets, identify prospects, and build a strong pipeline.

  • Promoting Our Products and Services: You will showcase our full range of engineering solutions. You will explain features, highlight benefits, and demonstrate value.
  • Negotiating and Closing Deals: You will handle objections professionally. You will negotiate terms that work for both the client and the company. You will close sales and celebrate wins.
  • Meeting Targets: You will work toward clear sales goals. Your drive and persistence will directly impact your success and the company’s growth.
  • Representing the Brand: You will embody the Edric Engineering brand in every interaction. You will build trust and leave a positive impression.

Qualification and Experience

You bring energy and enthusiasm to every conversation. You understand that sales is not about pushing products. It is about solving problems and building relationships. You are persistent without being pushy. You are confident without being arrogant.

To excel in this role, you will bring:

  • Relevant Education: A First Degree in Marketing or a related field. This can be a BSc or HND qualification.
  • Proven Experience: One to two years working in a sales role. You understand the basics and you are ready to grow.
  • Confidence and Energy: You approach every interaction with self assurance. Your energy draws people in and keeps them engaged.
  • Persuasive Communication: You know how to make your point clearly and compellingly. You listen as much as you talk.
  • Negotiation Skills: You can find common ground and reach agreements that satisfy everyone. You handle pushback with grace.
  • Target Driven Mindset: You thrive on goals. You track your progress and push yourself to improve.
  • Engineering Interest or Experience: This is a plus, not a requirement. If you already understand engineering concepts, you will have an advantage. If not, your willingness to learn will carry you far.
