- Creating and Managing Purchase Orders: You will take full ownership of the purchase order process. You will create orders accurately and track them through to completion.
- Coordinating with Suppliers: You will liaise with both local and international suppliers to ensure we meet required lead times. You will build strong relationships that keep goods flowing.
- Ensuring Proper Receipting: You will work closely with the Invoicing and Receipting Section to confirm that goods received match our orders. You will then close out purchase orders promptly.
- Handling Petty Purchases: You will manage small, immediate purchases efficiently, ensuring we follow all financial protocols.
- Managing Vehicle Servicing: You will coordinate all vehicle servicing requests, keeping our fleet safe and operational.
- Reconciling Invoices: You will reconcile supplier invoices to ensure accuracy before they move to payment.
