About Role

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will support Spanish-speaking customers of a digital banking platform, handling complex financial queries via phone, chat, and email. You’ll be responsible for driving first-contact resolution where possible, owning cases from start to finish, and delivering empathetic, high-quality service in a regulated financial environment. You’ll complete a fully paid 12-day training program, then move into rotating shifts within a 24/7 operation (40 hours per week). Responsibilities

Requirements

  • C1/C2 level Spanish and minimum B2 English
  • At least 12 months’ experience in customer service or financial services with Spanish clients

  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in managing complaints, fraud, or sensitive customer situations
  • EU citizenship or existing legal right to work in Portugal (mandatory for this role)
