Responsibilities

Assist participants with personal care, hygiene, mobility, meals, and household tasks

Administer medications in line with legislation and organisational policy
Complete shift notes, progress reports, and incident documentation

Requirements

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health, or related field
Minimum 1 year experience supporting people with disability or complex needs

Knowledge of NDIS principles and person-centred practices
First Aid, CPR, manual handling, and medication assistance experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
