Recipients must begin their studies within the specified award period; failure to enroll results in forfeiture of the scholarship without deferral options.

All required documents must be submitted by registered mail no later than March 31, 2026, to receive full consideration. Ankara University serves as the application conduit, forwarding complete packages to the Taipei Economic and Cultural Mission in Ankara for final processing.

Photocopy of passport or other proof of nationality
A photocopy of the highest diploma and academic transcript
Proof of application to a recognized Mandarin Language Center in Taiwan
Two letters of recommendation, signed and sealed by the recommenders

Not have previously received a Huayu Enrichment Scholarship or Taiwan Scholarship
Not be an exchange student under a collaboration agreement during the scholarship period
Not simultaneously receive any other Taiwanese government scholarship or subsidy
