Responsibilities

  • Support strategic product discussions and design within the Customer Identity domain
  • Build and execute outcome-driven product roadmaps aligned with business KPIs
  • Lead successful product rollouts across engineering, compliance, operations, marketing, and local market teams
  • Drive customer onboarding improvements with a focus on identity verification (KYC)
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define goals and deliver measurable impact
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify pain points and opportunities across the organization
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to optimize onboarding funnels across multiple markets

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills (SQL familiarity is a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
