About Role
As Digital Transformation Manager, you’ll join the Digital Publishing Production function within Learning Operations, helping shape how digital learning products are designed, built, and delivered. You’ll act as a critical bridge between technology and production teams, translating complex requirements into practical workflows while driving continuous improvement across multiple projects.
You’ll own and optimise key digital publishing processes, support a dedicated business sector within English learning, and serve as an escalation point for digital production challenges. Working across global stakeholders, you’ll influence ways of working, manage change initiatives, and help implement new tools and platforms into live environments. This hybrid role is based in Cambridge, requiring approximately 40–60% onsite collaboration, with flexible working options considered from day one.

Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across publishing workflows and production environments
- Design, own, and continuously improve business processes supporting digital product delivery

- Support portfolio planning and decision-making across multiple digital projects
- Drive process optimisation using data, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement methods

- Contribute to digital production strategy from early planning through delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering digital transformation or process improvement initiatives
- Strong background working across business and technology teams in project-based environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead change in complex settings
- Experience applying Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong prioritisation, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Confidence in translating complex technical requirements for diverse audiences
- Experience with digital publishing, EdTech, or learning platforms (preferred)
- Eligibility for UK Skilled Worker visa sponsorship
