We are searching for a confident and proactive Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. This is not a back-office role. Instead, you will be seated at the core of our operations, working side by side with managers to align people strategies with business results. Your Role in Shaping Success

In this position, you will immerse yourself in the daily workings of our business units. You will spot risks early and help managers turn complex people challenges into decisive actions. Consequently, your work will directly influence how we build teams, develop leaders, and achieve operational goals.

You will be the trusted advisor who helps managers elevate their game. Specifically, you will guide them to:

You will drive accountability and ensure follow-through on critical initiatives. By strengthening managers’ ownership of people matters, you will foster a culture of responsibility. Furthermore, you will support leaders in implementing change, which ultimately improves teamwork, morale, and communication across the board. You will also ensure that structures and roles remain clear and efficient.

Your Impact on Talent Management

You will partner with managers to forecast workforce needs and ensure we have the right people in the right roles. From effective recruitment and onboarding to consistent performance management, you will oversee the entire talent lifecycle. You will also play a key role in identifying high-potential employees and building robust succession plans to close any capability gaps.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnership: Maintain a strong presence within assigned departments to serve as a trusted advisor. Provide practical, solution-oriented HR guidance and anticipate potential risks before they escalate.

  • Organisation Effectiveness: Reinforce performance standards and support the adoption of improved workflows. You will actively work to enhance team collaboration and overall health.
  • Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Support all staffing practices, including hiring, internal mobility, and promotions. You will coordinate effective onboarding and participate in critical succession discussions.
  • Performance & Employee Relations: Coach managers to handle performance reviews with confidence. You will promote a respectful workplace by guiding the fair and timely resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Learning & Development: Identify capability gaps and support the implementation of learning plans. Moreover, you will follow up to ensure new skills are applied on the job.
  • HR Data & Insights: Track workforce indicators and translate data into practical, actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Policy & Compliance: Guide the interpretation of company policies while ensuring full legal and procedural compliance. You will also support investigations and audits when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in HR, ideally within an operational or plant environment.

  • Deep HR Knowledge: You possess a strong understanding of HR practices and local labour laws.
  • Diagnostic Skills: You can quickly diagnose organizational issues and identify root causes.
  • Relationship Building: You build strong, credible relationships with managers and employees alike.
  • Action Oriented: You drive actions to closure and are comfortable challenging constructively when needed.
  • Data Driven: You use data to guide decisions and provide clear insights.
  • High Integrity: You demonstrate mature judgment and remain calm under pressure. A strong sense of ownership defines your work ethic.
