As Learning & Development Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of training programmes—from concept and curriculum design to delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution. Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of comprehensive learning programmes
- Partner with subject matter experts to create accurate, engaging, and business-aligned training content
- Use data and participant feedback to improve learning effectiveness and engagement continuously
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory requirements to keep training programmes relevant and compliant
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify capability gaps and deliver customised learning solutions
- Inspire, mentor, and manage trainers and facilitators to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and report on training metrics and outcomes
- Facilitate company-wide Learning & Development events and initiatives
- Support stakeholder communications, reporting, and ad-hoc L&D projects as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to Assurance, Audit, Human Resources, or a similar discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
- Proven experience in learning programme design, delivery, and performance measurement
- Excellent planning, organisation, and implementation capabilities
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
- Close attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced professional environments
- Experience with LMS platforms and data-driven learning optimisation is an advantage
