About Role

As Learning & Development Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of training programmes—from concept and curriculum design to delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to develop high-impact learning solutions aligned with corporate strategy and regulatory standards.

This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution. You will lead trainers and facilitators, manage the Learning Management System (LMS), analyse learning data, and champion innovative approaches to adult learning. Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of comprehensive learning programmes
Partner with subject matter experts to create accurate, engaging, and business-aligned training content
Use data and participant feedback to improve learning effectiveness and engagement continuously
Monitor industry trends and regulatory requirements to keep training programmes relevant and compliant
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify capability gaps and deliver customised learning solutions
Inspire, mentor, and manage trainers and facilitators to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and report on training metrics and outcomes
Facilitate company-wide Learning & Development events and initiatives
Support stakeholder communications, reporting, and ad-hoc L&D projects as required

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to Assurance, Audit, Human Resources, or a similar discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
Proven experience in learning programme design, delivery, and performance measurement
Excellent planning, organisation, and implementation capabilities
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
Close attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced professional environments
Experience with LMS platforms and data-driven learning optimisation is an advantage
