The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Pollinator to join our field operations team. This is a full-time, hands on role based in the field. Your primary mission is to conduct controlled oil palm pollination activities. This work directly supports high fruit set, high-quality seed production, and overall plantation yield. Key Responsibilities

As a Pollinator, your daily activities will be varied and essential to the plantation’s success. You will work outdoors, often at heights, and collaborate closely with other team members. Specifically, you will:

Perform Pollination Activities:

You will prepare oil palm trees for pollination following established quality and operational standards. This requires attention to detail and strict adherence to procedures.
You will conduct controlled pollination efficiently and accurately to maximize fruit set and seed quality.

Maintain Safety and Environmental Standards:

You will perform all duties safely and in an environmentally responsible manner at all times. Safety is our top priority.
