Responsibilities

Perform rack-and-stack deployments of HPC servers and infrastructure
Support and troubleshoot liquid cooling systems within production environments
Diagnose and replace hardware components, including RAM, drives, and motherboard trays
Execute BIOS configuration and basic Linux command-line troubleshooting
Install, label, and manage copper and fiber cabling
Resolve networking and connectivity issues independently
Handle data center change management, equipment moves, and installs
Respond to remote hands requests and support on-site operations
Manage inventory, asset audits, and vendor support tickets
Maintain accurate documentation and configuration records

Requirements

Proven experience in large-scale data center environments (power, cooling, space, equipment)
Mandatory hands-on liquid cooling experience

Solid Linux / UNIX troubleshooting skills (Ubuntu or RedHat)
Experience with copper and fiber cabling installation
