About Role

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will partner with advertisers to design, optimize, and scale data-led digital campaigns that generate measurable business results. Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client’s business objectives
Advise advertisers on best practices across online advertising products and solutions

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams to drive client success
Manage relationships with German-, Arabic-, and English-speaking clients

Requirements

Fluency in German or Arabic, plus strong English communication skills
Interest or experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or strategy
EU nationality or a valid Bulgarian residence permit (mandatory)

Confidence in translating data into practical marketing actions
Excellent presentation and client communication skills
Comfort working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or Meta Ads is an advantage
