Responsibilities

  • Gather and document performance measurement and attribution reporting requirements
  • Conduct requirements analysis, data validation, testing coordination, and target-state definition
  • Support business-as-usual issues across performance and attribution domains
  • Lead current-state assessments and future-state solution design
  • Perform complex SQL-based data analysis and reconciliation
  • Act as project lead for smaller initiatives without dedicated project managers

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of Business Analyst experience within Investment Management, Investment Services, or Hedge Funds
  • At least 3 years of hands-on SQL experience
  • Strong knowledge of investment performance methodologies (TWRR, IRR, attribution models)
  • Exposure to Private Equity or Private Assets performance measurement
  • Working understanding of GIPS standards and blended benchmarks
  • Experience with Eagle Performance / Eagle PACE strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with platforms such as BlackRock Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM, SimCorp, Portia, or Eagle STAR is advantageous
  • MBA, CFA, or CIPM certifications considered a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
  • Eligibility for U.S. H-1B sponsorship
