Responsibilities

Lead project planning, scope development, budgeting, and scheduling for MEP design projects
Collaborate with architects, owners, and engineering teams to deliver compliant mechanical systems
Conduct feasibility assessments and site evaluations to identify risks and constraints
Oversee project execution, milestones, and quality assurance processes
Perform site inspections to verify that construction aligns with approved designs
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting records
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to multidisciplinary project teams
Serve as subject matter expert during client meetings and design reviews

Requirements

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
