Required Qualifications and Credentials

Additional professional culinary training from a reputable institution is a significant advantage.
Furthermore, candidates must possess verifiable references and a portfolio showcasing their culinary work.

Required Work Experience and Demographics

A minimum of eight to ten years of continuous, proven experience working as a professional chef, with substantial time in a leadership capacity such as Head Chef or Sous Chef.
The ideal candidate will be between 35 and 45 years of age, bringing the necessary maturity, stamina, and seasoned expertise required for this demanding executive role.
Experience within a hotel, large restaurant, or premium hospitality venue like a casino is highly preferred.
