5 influential and famous women in technology who altered the tech world

The technology industry has always been heavily dominated by men. Women only occupy 25% of the positions in the industry. This is due to factors, such as the late ability for women to pursue their education (free of discrimination.) Getting admitted into the STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) was near impossible.

This only became a legal right for women in the 1970s. Irrespective of this, women are still thriving, pushing, and changing the landscape of the tech world. Women are seen to always overcome challenges and changed the world in their own way possible. This article brings you five influential and famous women in technology who altered the tech world.
