- edX offers a discount of up to 90% on their verified certificates to learners who can benefit, but cannot afford to pay, the full tuition cost. Also, assistance is available in most courses that offer verified certificates. But some courses and programs are not eligible.
- Applicants may be approved up to five times in a twelve-month period for financial assistance.
To apply for financial assistance
- Firstly, enroll in the course as an audit learner, and then complete the financial assistance application. After submission, candidates’ applications will be reviewed. The process will take a minimum of 2-4 business days. An email with a financial assistance code for 90% off will be delivered if their application is accepted. Applicants can then use the code on the payment form for the discounted rate.
