2023 Graduates Trainee Recruitment at TotalEnergies
The company wants to help the young people of Ghana grow by training them and building their skills.
The program is for recent college graduates from our local universities. In the past five years, it has helped twenty-six (31) young Ghanaians graduate from college.
Context and environment
This program is a training opportunity that lasts for 18 months. It includes a 6-month local job and a 12-month international job with TotalEnergies affiliates in Africa.
Nine (9) successful candidates will join a team of professionals from different backgrounds to give customers high-quality products and services and create long-term value for shareholders.
Candidate profile
We want Ghanaian candidates who have a minimum of a 2nd Class Upper Honours Degree from a recognized Ghanaian university within the last year and who have finished their National Service.
The candidates can’t be older than 25.
Degrees must be in one of these fields:
- Mechanical and Civil Engineering, or fields similar to them.
- Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
- Those who have more qualifications will be in a better position.
- Applicants should also have the following traits:
- Intellectually interested and able to take the lead.
- Excellent skills with people, talking, and figuring things out.
- Team player and ability to lead.
- Must have a strong sense of and focus on ethics.
- Very adaptable to different places
- Must also know how to use a computer.
- Having the ability to speak French is a plus.
