CHATHAM HOUSE/MO IBRAHIM FOUNDATION ACADEMY FELLOWSHIP FOR AFRICANS

The Chatham House/Mo Ibrahim Foundation Academy Fellowship for Africans invites applications from interested and qualified candidates for the 2022/2023 session at Chatham House, London.

The International Think Tank, Chatham House in collaboration with Mo Ibrahim Foundation is offering applicants who have gained experience in their career the chance to work with the Chatham House on their personal projects for ten months.

Eligibility Criteria For The Chatham House/Mo Ibrahim Foundation Academy Fellowship

Applicants who are interested in the Chatham House /Mo Ibrahim Foundation Academy Fellowship must have the following:

• Interested candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent. Applicants with a master’s degree with an international focus are preferred.
• Interested applicants should be experienced in their career and come from one academic, NGO, business, government department, civil society, or the media.
• Interested applicants must have knowledge of and an interest in the policy challenges related to global governance.
• Applicants are expected to work full-time towards their fellowship. In this instance,  applicants will not be able to undertake a fellowship at the same time as continue working or studies (such as a Ph.D.).
• Any citizen of an African country can apply for the fellowship
• Although, applications will be accepted from candidates holding dual nationality which includes one of these countries.

• Names of two referees (of which one should be academic)
• Applicant’s proposal for a research project.
