In the video, Joyce was seen dancing with her clothes on. she later removed her shirt to show her full belongings.
In other news, the former HIV/AIDS ambassador some months ago declared she’s a man and cannot marry a fellow man.
Joyce, in a post on her Facebook page, stated that as a ‘man-woman’ it would be outright impossible for her to have a working relationship with another man.
